PROPS Recognition Program
Have a colleague that went above and beyond? A co-workers who’s celebrating a work anniversary? Know someone who’s creating a better work environment for all? If so, we've got PROPS!
Our PROPS recognition platform allows you to easily recognize colleagues. One of the best things about PROPS is the newsfeed – a place where you can read about all the ways Port employees are moving with purpose every day.
All employees receive PROPS points that can be used to recognize someone who has demonstrated one of our core values: Leadership, Inclusion, Service, or Safety. You can also post a social recognition to show appreciation – no points needed. Recognitions can be "liked,” commented upon, or boosted with extra points, and points can be redeemed at any time for merchandise or donated to non-profit agencies.
You can earn even more points by engaging with our wellness platform, Sprout! Earn badges or participate in monthly challenges for opportunities to earn more rewards and recognition!
When employees reach a service milestone, they receive additional PROPS points as a thank you for their work and the value they bring to the Port.
When employees are ready to spend their PROPS points, they can shop an expansive digital marketplace and order merchandise or gift cards – think VISA, Amazon, and more. Points can also be donated to a wide variety of nonprofit agencies!
